Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). If you're outside the U.S., please contact us at [email].
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Certain orders such as custom framing and printing (including canvas art) may take longer to ship, as well as items we ordered from artist's studios. Products are currently delivered from oversea warehouse, which may vary depending on your location but typically range from 10-13 days.
What consists of your shipping cost?
We ship directly from our Shanghai warehouse, and many of our items—such as vases, pottery, and large canvas prints—require extra protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely. We also work with trusted carriers to provide reliable and secure shipping for delicate items. Our flat-rate shipping is designed to balance affordability and product safety, and we offer free shipping on orders over $495 to make larger purchases more worthwhile. We are considering expanding and building a warehouse in the US, and hope we can achieve this in the near future for faster and cheaper shipping.
Returns & Exchanges

What should I do if my item arrives damaged ordefective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at concierge@homeidea.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a replacement or store credit.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about a purchase, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact us via email at concierge@homeidea.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit for the product value.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, we suggest returning your order (following the steps above) and placing a new order.
